Recommended HerbsFrom time to time, we may recommend various projects that require dried herbs. While these projects are optional, we believe that nothing can teach you more about herbs than working with them directly, so we hope you will participate if you are able. Many natural food stores and co-ops carry dried herbs at inexpensive bulk rates. If no resources exist near you, we suggest looking online to purchase your supplies.
